Kurkuri Bhindi (Crispy Okra)

Another one of our favourites in our household and learnt from mom! Categorised as one of the green veggies, a versatile vegetable which can be served as a side dish, mains or even starters! Depending upon how you want to serve it, you can make it as crispy or not to suit your palate or purpose! Here I stop it just a notch below very crispy as its going to get served as mains with lentils (daal) and chapati! To make it crispier you let the okra saute uncovered and longer in the pan after its cooked fully!

I've tried doing a video for this recipe and I hope its of some help.

Very simple to make in no time with a very satisfying result and meal! Here it goes! Enjoy!
